In a LARGE Bowl, add:

2 packages of unsweetened KoolAid. |

2 1/2 cups of flour. |
|
1/2 cup of salt. |
Mix the above ingredients thoroughly.
Add the following to the dry ingredients:

2 cups boiling water. |

2 tablespoons vegetable oil. |
Mix with a wooden spoon until the mixture can be kneaded by hand. Then knead the mixture until the Play Dough cools.
If the Play Dough is sticky after kneading several minutes, add flour until the stickiness goes away.
Store in an airtight container.
